For some of us, that means the only human connection we’re getting is with the masked woman behind the Perspex screen at the supermarket till and the UberEats delivery guy. And he just leaves your order at the door and dashes back to his car!
Have you ever thought about why you always eventually go back to the old “bad” habits, when you decide on a new diet or exercise routine? Kicking a habit is not just about making a choice to change. It is much more than that.

Is Rapid Transformational Therapy™ similar to meditation?
Yes, it is a very similar state. You will be in a relaxed state of mind, which is the same way you would feel if you were in a meditative state and it allows you to access your inner resources and think about things in a new way. This focused state enables you to achieve a state of mental, physical and emotional relaxation. When in this relaxed state, the conscious mind (that busy, critical, analytical part of your mind) is quiet which allows you to tap into the subconscious mind and make positive changes to thought patterns, habits or the effects of traumatic incidents that are having a negative impact, mentally or physically.
Will I be in control?
The feeling when in a focused state of self-awareness is of being physically and mentally relaxed. It has been likened to the feelings we experience just before waking completely from sleep or just as we drift off to sleep. Some people find it feels like daydreaming. You are always aware and in control, because it’s not at all necessary to be at a deep level to bring about change.
This state is something that you go into yourself naturally every day, you may have experienced it when driving home and suddenly realising that even though you have arrived safely at your destination you can’t recall driving past familiar landmarks, it’s as if you were on automatic pilot. The difference is that I will be there to guide you into that natural state.
You will not be unaware at any time, as you will be sitting in a chair and we will be having a relaxed conversation, you will be talking to me and answering questions but from a space within your unconscious mind.
What happens during an RTT™ session?
I guide you to have a strong focus and motivation to achieve all of your goals so I really like to work with you to motivate and transform at both a conscious and subconscious level. In each session, you will get heart-centred support and guidance to activate a deep sense of self-worth and that will change your life forever.
During an RTT™ – Rapid Transformational Therapy Session, we regress back to the cause of your issue and release and upgrade it.
When and where can I have this session and what do you need from me?
I work via Zoom (an online call, much like Skype). You can, therefore, schedule your session in the comfort of your home at a time that suits you.
Once you commit to your session, I will send you an online client intake questionnaire, as well as a consent form. Both these forms are kept strictly confidential but are compulsory before we can commence with your session.
What do I need to do to make it work for me?
All I ask is that you are ready to change and that you have a firm intention to do so. You must be fully committed to listening to your recording every day for at least 21 days or more.
When will I start to see changes?
There are 3 types of change from RTT™ and every person is different:
- Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away with immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours right after the session.
- Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day over time.
- Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away but then one day you suddenly look back and see all the things that are now so different in your life.
What if I think I already know the reason for my issues?
What makes RTT™ amazing is that even if you think you know the reason, you see it in a COMPLETELY new way. That’s what allows you to change the meaning and ultimately change your core beliefs. For many clients, they go back to scenes or memories that are totally different than what they expected. You just need to relax and trust that your subconscious mind will show you exactly what you need to see.
What if I go back to and relive traumatic scenes?
If you go back to scenes from your life that are related to things like sexual or physical abuse or other trauma, it’s important to remember that you are simply reviewing it and not reliving it, and that you are safe. I will fully support you and create a safe space for you to express your emotions and heal. You will be safe and take the right step towards healing.
Will you work with my partner, child, friend or family member?
I will only work with someone if they contact me directly and are committed to change. I do not work with children under the age of 7, and will need full consent, in writing from the parent/legal guardian to do so.
I have or still suffer from epilepsy. Should I proceed with RTT?
We have been advised not to work with people that have epilepsy as a condition. A full doctor’s clearance is required for me to work with anybody that has this condition.
Do you offer any guarantees?
I am here to guide you to start your healing on a subconscious level, but ultimately it is your journey and responsibility.
You have to do conscious work and be committed to change while listening to your recording.
